Summary: Fatal crash when using ForeverBlue2Beta theme

Initial Comment:
I was playing StepMania using the ForeverBlue2 theme, the 
included Note Skin, and the Solo announcer.  The game 
crashed with an obscure error right after the Difficulty 
selection screen.  I restarted the game, and changed the 
Theme to SMMAX2 and the Note Skin to default, but kept the 
Solo announcer.  I played Across The Nightmare, failed Bag, 
then used the Operator key to reaccess the game options.  I 
selected the ForeverBlue2 theme, kept the note skin set to 
default, and then selected the MAX2 announcer.  The game 
fatally crashed on the title screen immediately after 
selecting Game Start.  I am running Mac OS X 10.2.6.

Sorry, but Forever Blue isn't supported in 3.9.  We'll release 
another version of it after the final build of 3.9 alpha is done.
