[Stellarium-pubdevel] Updating the Bulgarian translation of Stellarium

Hello all,
I am Alexander Shopov and I would like to help with updating the Bulgarian
translation of Stellarium.
My motivation for that:
1. Stellarium is a wonderful FOSS program, that I like very much
2. It is useful for introduction to astronomy to new-comers
3. This is what I can use to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the
observatory where I took my courses long, long time ago. (Planetarium and
Observatory Copernicus, Varna, Bulgaria)
I am just announcing this here, I will also contact the previous
translators of the package via Launchpad.
