I downloaded version 0.20.1 , Windows 10 Home, 32bit, from Stellarium.org. It installed with no errors. When I tried to connect my scope (ASCOM) there was no icon for Telescope. I opened the Configuration Window, went to Plug-ins and selected Telescope Control. When I click on the Configure button nothing happens. The mount is an iOptron ZEQ and it is connected and can be connected to with PHD2 and Cartes du Ciel. I am new to Stellarium so I could well be doing something wrong but don't know what. I'm using ASCOM platform 6.4, the latest iOptron driver and Windows is 64bit.

You must enable the plugin, then restart Stellarium. Then you can configure the plugin.
Stellarium comes with an extensive User Guide in the Stellarium program group in your Start menu. Please see whether it can answer further questions.
Yeah I did that but my mistake was closing the window before I restarted. When I left the box open and restarted it worked.
Thanks
