#88 Toolbar positions lost

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install StExBar over an older version
2. Open Explorer window - note toolbar positions garbled (see image).
3. Unlock toolbars, reposition, lock.
4. Close and reopen explorer - note positions garbled again.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.7.1.229

Please provide any additional information below.
XP SP3.
