#80 Can't find the toolbar

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install stexbar 1.7.0.215.
2. I can't see stexbar in "view" "toolbars", but find it in "File" and the
right-clich menu.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I want to use the stexbat toolbar.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows server 2003 Enterprise Edtion Service pack 2.
