#77 StExBar can't run under Windows server 2008

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install StExBar-1.7.0.msi
2. Logout Win2k8 and Login again
3. The toolbar still doesn't show up

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Ans: I can't see any toolbar installed properly.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Ans: StExBar-1.7.0 on Windows Server 2008 (x86)
