What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Insert a new key "C:\\Windows\\System32\\cmd.exe"="RUNASADMIN" into HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\AppCompatFlags\Layers;

2. StExBar is now unable to lauch command windows...

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

StExBar should be able to function as normal, notwithstanding...

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

StExBar v1.8.6 on Windows 7 Pro x64 SP1.
