What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Copy email from Outlook to folder
2.MS defaults date to date moved, not date email sent
3.Try to change Created and Last Modified date 5 days in the past
What is the expected output? What do you see instead? Expect to see date change, it works most of the time. Have found some files that give the error "Could not set the date/time for the following files:"
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? 1.3.3 Windows 7 32 bit
Please provide any additional information below.
File explorer, properties, Timestamps tab, tried to change create date, etc. Pop-up window "Could not set the date/time for the following files." 1.3.5 Windows 10 64 bit. It would have been helpful to know that it was a "Read-only" folder.
