#223 Copy custom commands

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. StExBar doesn't let you copy existing custom commands.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
A button to copy the selected custom command in settings page.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.8.4.847
