#222 Custom program disabled when in Window 7 search results window

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. in a folder window, create a search
2. Save search
3. Open save search folder: example C:\Users\USER\Searches
4. select a saved search and create a link in Favorites
5. click on the Favorite link of saved search

Custom command or build-in Console command are disabled.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
stexbar custom command disabled(grey out) and build-in Console not working.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.8.4.847 on Windows 7
