#172 "Rename" and "Regex Help" dialogs are weirdly semi-modal

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Click on the "Rename" button in StExBar
2. try to select all files in a folder using the keyboard with Ctrl+A

Alternatively:
1. Click on the "Rename" button in StExBar, then click on the "Help" button inside to open "Regex Help"
2. Leave the "Regex Help" box open, close the Rename dialog
3. try to select all files in a folder using the keyboard with Ctrl+A

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
All files should be selected. Instead, the control key seems to be ignored. To restore default behavior, you have to close both the "Rename" and the "Regex Help" window (maybe now hidden behind Explorer) and close them.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.8.3.352 under WinXP SP3
