The answer is simple: checkout http://svn.edgewall.org/repos/trac/trunk onto
your local disk. 

 

The last argument is the checked out folder path.

  I am trying to run the statsvn against trac repository.  I got this error.

  Could you let me know what I need to install beside the statsvn to make
this work? 

I use the command provided on the website.  I think it might be good to
provide some thing like a tutorial that user can follow and get the results.
