try -tags '.*'

or
-tags ".*"

The tags-dir is the default directory... but maybe you have to run the svn
log on the /trunk or the / (can't remember which). BenoitX can help with the
syntax.. but I think we should clarify this in our documentation as I always
forget the proper syntax.
