#21 Bug Tracking Link - generic support

Love this tool!

One enhancement that would be good is the support for a generic bug tracker. I notice there is support for bugzilla and mantis but it would be nice if it supported any bug tracker by allowing a generic URL to be provided (that just needs the BUG ID added to the end) and enable the user to specify the regular expression to use to pick up the Bug ID.

In our case we use "MR XXXXX:"

I give a vote for this feature. We're using Gemini (http://www.countersoft.com/Default.aspx?PageID=21) with "GEM:XXX" in Subversion comments, which could easily be linked to http://gemini/issue/ViewIssue.aspx?id=XXX
