As of STAF 3.4.8, the Zip service incorporates all of zlib's source code, basically reimplementing zlib's makefile. This patch modifies the Zip service to include the system's zlib headers and link against the system's libz.so. It makes packaging easier for many operating systems, reduces the size of the STAF binary distribution, and reduces the amount of make code to maintain.

I have built and tested this patch on FreeBSD 9.0 and SuSE 11.3
