[staf-users] Major version and minor version don't have the same meaning on AIX and Windows

Hi all,

Major version and minor version don't have the same meaning on AIX and 
Windows


STAF/Config/OS/MajorVersion          : 2
STAF/Config/OS/MinorVersion          : 5
STAF/Config/OS/Name                  : AIX

But on windows, the major version and minor version doesn't have the same 
meaning.

STAF/Config/OS/MajorVersion     : 5
STAF/Config/OS/MinorVersion     : 0
STAF/Config/OS/Name             : Win2000
STAF/Config/OS/Revision         : 2195
STAF/Config/Sep/Command         : &
STAF/Config/Sep/File            : \

It that a bug ?
