#1529 Update staxug to highlight the breakpoint element in the breakpoint example

Update the "breakpoint: Setting Breakpoint in a STAX Job" section in the STAX User's Guide so that the example of how to set a breakpoint within a STAX job highlights the <breakpoint/> element by putting it in bold text.
