#30 Program crashes during joining process

Program crashes during the opening process of the join
editor

The program works fine in the contig comparator and all
possible joins could be seen in the GAPv4.10 window.
But by invoking the join editor the wish application
detects a problem and the program crashes.

Sometimes the joining process is done after 5-10 trials

This is a duplicate of 1105931. The problem has already been
fixed and the fix is in the CVS tree, but for now I have not
the time to rebuild new binaries. Sorry - you either need to
apply the fix and build from source yourself or use the
older windows release until I make a new distribution.
