No

Startup Manager 2.0 will contain something new! A
boot.ini managing dialog. You certainly will be able to
set boot flags and change the time-out period. Maybe
there will be more, but I don't know yet. Anyway, that
is what will be in version 2.0, off course, in later
versions, you will be able to do a lot more with the
boot.ini file. Want to see the current status of this
dialog, check out the attached file for some screenshots!

Because I didn't have that much time, st-m v2.0 did not
contains such a thing is a boot.ini manage dialog.
Since it seems to be quite a bit of work to create such a
tool, I still haven't had the time to continue developping
on this. Right now I'm rewriting the entire st-m code, so
the boot.ini managing tool is not for tomorrow... But it
will be a part of st-m in the future! It's included in my
plans for the 3.x versions ^-^

Put aside because vista doesn't use boot.ini
