Attached is a patch against 0.9b3 that adds all IANA reigstered ciphers to the decoder.

Following up in a comment because it was not possible to add two attachments:

If the patch causes conflicts because some other ciphers were added since 0.9b3, it may be more convenient to just replace cipher_suite_decoder in ssl/ssl.enums.c by the attached version.

What is the status of ticket 68? Is the world waiting for somebody to take ownership?

I am currently unemployed. I'm not sure if I am qualified to take this on. Could I get some affirmation from somebody before I volunteer?
