[SSI-devel] pty changes

I have checked into the CVS repository changes to make a clusterized 
devpts and a global pty "name" server. This makes the pty numbers 
globally unique and should fix issues with ptys and utmp in the cluster. 
(This was done as a part of devpts as devfs has been obsoleted by udev 
in the 2.6.x series.)

You now must build devpts as a part of the kernel (CONFIG_DEVPTS_FS=y) 
and you should specify the mount in fstab. (With the "node=*" option if 
you are using the latest tools.)
