Unless you are trying for a HA failover cluster, you need to set them up 
to PXE/Etherboot into the cluster and then go through the procedure on 
the first node to add them. If the systems do not PXE boot, then you can 
probably download Etherboot images for the NICs at rom-o-matic.net. If 
you get zlilo images, they can boot booted by lilo/grub; so you can have 
a etherboot option for your machines which will load them in the cluster.
