If you have root failover working, the failure of your initnode (which
is the LVS director node) will initiate a LVS director node failover to
the new initnode.

They have absolutely nothing in common. OpenSSI loadleveling means
'system load balancing through process redistribution', whereas LVS
deals with TCP/IP connection balancing.
