Tectia had a feature where one could configure a virtual folder where it could create a drive label that pointed to a UNC Windows path. Under OpenSSH, I am not clear how to perform the same function. The goal is to securely transfer files from a workstation to a share on a NAS device. The application is Java based using jsch to connect. Using cd and a UNC path...

What is failing Failing to establish tunnel Expected output After logging into the server and then trying to connect VNC server and client , it should prompt for password Actual output VNC session is established directly without prompting for password Referring to the following, 1 - https://web.ing.unimo.it/wiki/images/f/f5/VNC_PuTTY_HOWTO.pdf 2 - https://crl.ucsd.edu/handbook/vnc/ It says , If you are not prompted for a password, the SSH tunnel is not working. Hi yall, my goal ist to create an environment for cross-compiling static libssh-projects. • cross-compilation: host: linux (ubuntu), target: windows 64bit, architectur x86 • static: no dynamic libraries needed during runtime nor compilationtime • libssh1, no libssh2: I do need server support too. To reach my goal I spent days (two weeks now) for theory and praxis, but I couldn’t get there. Before I list what I did so far, my questions: 1. Could u tell me, what I did wrong and what I need to do/change...
