[Ssframework-developer] zipped docs available on sourceforge

I put the docs, which are currently html files generated by headerDoc, 
which is part of the darwin project and can be downloaded from 
developer.apple.com. So, basically all what's neatly in the html files 
can be found in the headers, too.
