[Ssa2003-general] CVS QA module

Hey all,

For all people using QA module, please do an update on the module before =
you commit, i ve made changes to it.

Jon, i have renamed Jon's stuff to Jons Stuff, the web CVS interface had =
issues with the directory name, otherwise - no change.

Note: the uni web CVS interface does not support the apostrophies, =
please try to avoid using them in file and directory names.
