[SM-PLUGINS] Updated plugins page

Hello all,

Because I received very positive feedback about the plugin categories idea, 
I've implemented it on the website. Thanks to Wouter who has helped me 
thinking up groups and putting the plugins into their groups.

If you think the categorization can be improved, please let me know.
Other options can be implemented in the future, e.g. a switch "rg=0 
compatible" etc.
