Hi Frank.

As far as I know, "bensonjin" is the current maintainer, although I don't
recall seeing him update the translation over the last couple of years
(but I could be wrong as I didn't check the logs). If I've seen no reply
from "bensonjin" to this list within a fortnight I'd be happy to include
your translation, Frank. (Please remind me if needed.)
