Hi, I'm having the same problem - squirrelmail keeps telling me to bugger off. It's definitely not contacting the imap server: ------------------------------ Kernel filter, protocol ALL, TURBO mode (95 frames), datagram packet socket tcpdump: listening on all devices 0 packets received by filter ------------------------------ and a similar trace on the imap server concurs that nothing hit it... I'm using apache 1.3.22, sq1.2.4, tried php4.1.1 & php 4.0.6 (currently 4.0.6)... Have tried the things on the faq page... Is there any way I can get it to bump up the level of logging detail? As far as I Go back to the good old fashioned way of doing it: tcpdump -s 1024 -x port 143 >/root/dump.log 2>&1 Now try to login. After it finishes failing, press Ctrl-C to stop the dump. Then go look at /root/dump.log and see IF it's even attempting to contact the imap server. -- |
