[SM-I18N] Kyrgyz Translation

Hi. 
I want to add new language to squirrelmail. i
translated over 60% of squirrelmail.pot file to kyrgyz
language. 
i want to ask  how to add full translated po file to
this  project?
I have experinence of translations, i translated some
open source projects such as poEdit,KNetStats .... to
kyrgyz language. (http://knetstats.sourceforge.net/ ,
http://poedit.sourceforge.net/ ,
http://www.mandrakelinux.com/l10n/ky.php3 )
