Delete Move Next w/ 1.1.0

Just installed SM 1.1.0 on a system that was running 1.0.6 just fine.  
Things seemed to work pretty well, once I blew away my old preferences 
file. However, the Delete, Move Next plugin seems to have problems.  When I 
view a message, there aren't any folders listed in the move pull down.  Any 
ideas?

I also seemed to have problems viewing messages with attachments.  Not 
sure, if this is an attachment common problem or what.  I'm also not sure 
if this is related to Delete Move next problems.  Probably best to T/S one 
at a time.

I'm running courier-imap, with Apache 1.3.19, PHP 4.0.4pl1.
