You asked 12 questions and some of them are not related to email client. You
can't have yes or no answer for twelve complex questions combined into one.

4) yes, if your IMAP server supports ACLs and shared/public namespaces.

7) RBAC and authentication model is not related to email client.
SquirrelMail is email client and your question is about authentication
layout on IMAP server.

8) Microsoft Outlook gets this feature as it has direct access to
distribution list information in Exchange.

9) and 10) IMAP server and email server setup questions unrelated to used
email client.

1), 5), 6), 12) - you are looking for groupware solution and not for
webmail.

2) If you reply, you don't have to send attachments to sender. They already
have them. If you expect that some recipient will need attachments, then it
is not reply. It is forwarded message.

3) See archive mail plugin. PST format is proprietary and format details are
not disclosed by company which uses this format in its products.

11) you are free to setup jabber using same IMAP authentication backend as
webmail.
