[SM-PLUGINS] Sending emails every "x" number of seconds

Is there an addon, pluggin or script that would enable me to send 'x' number
of emails from Squirrel mail every few seconds?

For example, load 2000 emails into the TO field and then the system would
send those emails, one at a time, every 15 seconds.
