Make sure that you can reproduce your issue, when all third party addons
(BHOs and ActiveX extensions) are disabled.

If you use new_mail plugin - try to reproduce your issue, when sounds are
disabled.

If you use some content filtering proxy - ... , when it is disabled.

If you have some plugin that adds more than plain html - ..., when it is
disabled.
