Is it just that one customer? Or are you able to duplicate? I've seen issues similar to this when there is a DNS issue involved, or a page erro= r occured. But those were mostly IE related. The browser gets an error saying it cannot access the page ie a dns error, then attempts to start putting other extensions, and prefixs on the domain, for example: Original: webmail.yoursite.com new one: www.webmail.yoursite.com www.webmail.yoursite.com.com etc etc I've had this when typing in "localhost" on Windows based machines in a browser sometimes. Browser goes crazy, and I end up at some site in the Netherands after it has finished going through various TLDs. - --=20 Jonathan Angliss <jo...@sq...> -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.1 (GNU/Linux) iEYEARECAAYFAkNb0WAACgkQK4PoFPj9H3MpwwCdF9vNJdj4uxHmei4S52c4NwaD 6sQAnRG5mUZ8clu4l19YGwz8pddatoO0 =3DNTYc -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- |
