See if they have the option to check ALL folders for new mail. If they do, that is most likely to cause an awful strain on the IMAP server as it goes through every single folder to get the status of that particular folder. You might also want to double check, and see if the user has any filters enabled via SquirrelMail... This might cause a long delay if there are a large volume of mail in INBOX, and the user has the filters set to check /all/ mail instead of just unread. -- Jonathan Angliss <jo...@sq...> |
