[SM-USERS] Formatting Text when composing an email

Linux - Fedora Core 1 - with all the updates
Apache - 2.0.49
PHP - 4.3.8
SquirrelMail - 1.43 from CVS

Our users want to be able to format their text when composing and email,
Bold, Underline, Change Colors or certian words, and so on.  How can they
do this, I cannot find a plugin that gives us font control in the compose
window.
