Not sure what the exact problem is, but I'd suspect php4.0.6 is stretchin= g it. php4.1.x is a better bet. Marc might be able to help more, since that is his code; I haven't the time to dive into it at the moment. Recently, someone changed the wiki to state that PHP4.1.2 is our minimum requirement, although last I remember, we actually made changes in the code to retain PHP4.0.6 compatibility (a few months ago). The INSTALL file still says 4.0.6.
