[SM-USERS] logging in issues, just setting up

I have just set up SquirrelMail, I am using ArGoSoft Mail server
for SMTP and IMAP.  From the initial SquirrelMail page I get
unknown password or user incorrect.  When I look at the logs I
get in to the initial mail server fine, but it appears to
"re-login" to IMAP and no password is passed.  Could that be
correct, what am I doing wrong?  My log is attached...
