Added il8n support and the Spanish translation with tremendous help from
Rodolfo.

French translation added with a lot of help from Cédric.

This should also take of the problem of not being able
to see the members of a newly created group.

It should also take care of the error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: fetchrow() in...
