[SM-PLUGINS] PHP error when replying

Hello all,

I have a interesting error here. When clicking on reply I get the following
error:

Interesting that the error message only appears in Internet Explorer. With
Firefox everything goes through smoothly.

page_header.php is modified by image_buttons plugin here, I'm running
SquirrelMail 1.4.9a.

Does anybody has an idea?
