I've updated the plugin to version 3.6.

It appears that shift-clicking does not work for the address book.  There is
a javascript error about a undefined element, and I'm not familiar enough
with the code to know exactly what to do with it.  The error is:

Warning: reference to undefined property
document.FormAddrsAbook.elements[element].type
from src/addressbook.php at Line: 91

The parameter "element" has the value of "sel[]", which was assigned in
addCheckBox, so ...elements[sel[]]... doesn't make sense I think.  This
could be a result of all the input form elements of the address book having
the same name attribute name="sel[]".

Perhaps someone who knows this code a bit better can comment on why
addCheckBox is being passed an array name 'sel[]'.
