I'm not in front of my console right now, so I don't remember exactly how to do it, but try sa-learn with just the username switch and see what it tells you (er, somewhere, somehow, I know it is possible to get SA to tell you how many spams and hams it has for a user). If that doesn't work, try the -dump switch. Or ask on the SA mailing list what the right command is to get the needed info. Oh, and you can also try running the same command the plugin gave you, if that file is still there at least.
