[SM-USERS] error

Please help,
I cannot log on to my mail from anyother computer except my own. Surely =
this is not normal.Cannot find anything onn help pages,All I get is an =
error message saying unknown user or password invalid...this never =
happens when I log onto from my computer....I know about case =
sensitivity and all that crap and now im just getting very over the =
squirrel and would like to skin it alive..

Now I am forced to use anothers e-mail because I am away from my =
computer...

Can youu help??? Is there anyone out there???/
