[SM-PLUGINS] Undefinded Variable in Notes Plugin

Hello,

I'm running notes 1.2 on SM 1.4.5 and PHP 4.3.11.  Above each note I
get the message:

   Notice: Undefined variable: lob in plugins/notes/notes.class.php on line=
 209

Also, the file "version" says 1.1, but the tarball filename says 1.2.
