I am running SquirrelMail (1.2.9) with Cyrus IMAP and RedHat Linux 7.2. Everything has been working fine but a problem popped up today. For some reason, one of my users can no longer subscribe to any of her mail folders with SquirrellMail. They are visible in the "unsubscribed" column when "Folders" is selected from the top menu, but if you highlight one to subscribe and then click "Subscribe" it doesn't appear to work. There are no errors displayed and it actually looks like it is trying to do something, but the folder doesn't get moved to the "subscribed" list. The INBOX works fine and she is can receive new messages and send them as well. I believe this is a SquirrelMail issue, because from Eudora she can get into the folders just fine, In SquirrelMail the only Folders that appear are the INBOX and the "1" (the Trash Folder). If I try to create a new folder for this user, it gets created, but does not become subscribed to. Other users seem to be able to get into and subscribe to folders just fine. I also checked the permissions in the imap spool directory and they look OK and nothing in the httpd logs or imapd logs looks strange out of the ordinary to me. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Ed C. |
