[SM-PLUGINS] change_mysqlpass plugin, proposed patch to fix default css display problem

In squirrelmail 1.4.4, using change_mysqlpass (latest version)  when
specifying a default css stylesheet file in the configuration, and not
specifying one in a user account's user preferences, the 'Change Password=
'
page in the 'Options' section, does not display according to the
stylesheet.

This was a problem with the paths, and I have fixed it and have a propose=
d
patch available. However, importantly, I have no idea how this is going t=
o
behave on older versions of squirrelmail!

Could we possibly get this patch tested thoroughly and then committed by
any chance please?
