[SM-DEVEL] Hack to make Courier shared folders usable

Hello,

I couldn't get Squirrelmail to show my mail-server's shared folders in the
(un)subscription dialog. The good solution would be to add namespace
support to Squirrelmail. The less elegang (but quick and working) solution
is here:
