[SM-DEVEL] Move to...NEW FOLDER!

Hi guys,

Just a suggestion from one of my users.
Include a "New Folder" option in the drop down menu.
When selected a new window is loaded (or popped up) giving the choice to 
name and position the new folder. When "okeyed" the selection is moved 
to that new folder.

Sound alright?
