[SM-DEVEL] How to get attachment pathname

Hi,

I need to pass an attachment to an external program
for processing thru exec().

How to I get the full pathname of the attachment?
Is the attachment stored in some folder in the server
or is it embedded in the mail message?

Will appreciate if someone can wrote the brief code to
show me how to pass my attachment to an external
program.
